SRM-Ⅳ眩晕诊疗系统在不同年龄段良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of SRM-ⅣVertigo Diagnosis and Treatment System Among Patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo at Different Ages

目的探讨SRM-Ⅳ眩晕诊疗系统在不同年龄段良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2021年7月于复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院耳鼻喉科行BPPV诊疗的126例患者的临床资料,参照WHO 2012年龄分层标准,将所有患者分为青年组(<45岁)41例、中年组(45~59岁)51例、老年组(>59岁)34例,3组均采用SRM-Ⅳ眩晕诊疗系统进行诊断,并根据BPPV的侧别及类型进行复位治疗,比较不同年龄段患者的治疗效果及疾病复发情况。结果初始治疗完成后1周,青年组、中年组及老年组的总有效率分别为95.12%、92.16%、73.53%,青年组、中年组的总有效率均高于老年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青年组的总有效率与中年组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。初次治疗完成后1个月,青年组、中年组、老年组的复发率分别为33.33%、27.27%、35.71%,青年组与中年组、青年组与老年组、中年组与老年组的复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SRM-Ⅳ眩晕诊疗系统对青、中年BPPV患者的治疗效果高于老年患者,且经治疗后青、中年患者的复发率总体低于老年患者。

Objective The application effect of SRM-Ⅳ vertigo diagnosis and treatment system among patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)at different ages was explored.Methods Upon retrospective analysis of clinical data regarding 126 patients subject to BPPV diagnosis and treatment by the Department of Otolaryngology in Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)from December 2019 to July 2021,all patients were classified into a youth group(<45 years old)(41 patients),a middle-aged group(45~59 years old)(51 patients)and a senior group(>59 years old)(34 patients)pursuant to the WHO 2012 age stratification standard.The SRM-Ⅳ vertigo diagnosis and treatment system was used to diagnose,and restoration treatment were performed as per the BPPV side and type,then the treatment effect and disease recurrence of patients at different ages were compared.Results The total effective rate of the youth group,the middle-aged group and the senior group reached to 95.12%,92.16% and 73.53% respectively within one week after initial treatment,the total effective rate of the youth group and the middle-aged group exceeded that of the senior group and the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05);Upon comparison between the total effective rate of the youth group and the total effective rate of the middle-aged group,the difference wasn't statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the youth group,the middle-aged group and the senior group reached to 33.33%,27.27% and 35.71% within one month after initial treatment,and upon comparison between the recurrence rate of the youth group and the recurrence rate of the middle-aged group,the recurrence rate of the youth group and the recurrence rate of the senior group as well as the recurrence rate of the middle-age group and the recurrence rate of the senior group,the differences weren't statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of SRM-Ⅳ vertigo diagnosis and treatment system among young and middle-aged patients with BPPV is higher than that among old patients with BPPV,and the recurrence rate of young and middle-aged patients with BPPV is lower than that of old patients with BPPV.
