基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预在结肠镜检查患者中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention Based on Cox Health Behavior Interaction Model in Patients Underwent Colonoscopy

目的探讨基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预在结肠镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法将医院2020年1月至2021年8月收治的211例结肠镜检查患者分为对照组(105例)和观察组(106例)。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预,比较两组入镜时间、整体检查时间、检查成功率、肠道清洁度、舒适度及并发症发生率。结果观察组入镜时间、整体检查时间均短于对照组,结肠镜检查成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左半、中段和右半结肠清洁度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组简化舒适度调查表(GCQ)各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组GCQ各维度评分及总分均低于干预前,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预可以缩短结肠镜检查患者的检查时间,提高肠道清洁度和舒适度,并可降低并发症发生率。

Objective The application effect of nursing intervention based on Cox healthy behavior interaction model in patients underwent colonoscopy was explored.Methods According to the random number table method,211 patients admitted to the hospital and underwent colonoscopy from January 2020 to August 2021 were divided into a control group(105 cases)and an observation group(106 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Cox healthy behavior interaction model on the basis of the control group.The time for inserting colonoscope,the overall examination time,the examination success rate,the intestinal cleanliness,the comfortableness and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time for inserting colonoscope and the overall examination time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the success rate of colonoscopy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The left,middle and right colon cleanliness scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in each dimension scores and total scores of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the each dimension scores and total scores of GCQ for the two groups were all higher than those before intervention,but the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Cox healthy behavior interaction model can shorten the examination time of patients underwent colonoscopy,improve intestinal cleanliness and comfortableness,and reduce the incidence of complications.
