油茶含油率影响因素及改善措施

摘要 油茶生长与气候密切相关,每年夏季湖南都会有高温干旱天气发生,尤其是7—9月份油茶油脂合成期和油脂转化成熟期,高温干旱对油茶产量和品质影响很大。衡阳是湖南油茶的重要产区之一,2021年衡阳地区在油茶油脂合成转化期出现连续高温干旱天气,造成丰产不丰收。文章对衡阳部分油茶主产区油茶含油情况进行调查,分析了造成油茶含油率低的主要原因,并提出了改善措施,以期为后期的生产提供理论指导。 The growth of Camellia oleifera is closely related to the climate.High temperature and drought weather occurs in Hunan every summer,especially from July to September,which is the oil synthesis period and oil transformation maturity period.High temperature and drought have a great impact on the yield and quality of Camellia oleifera.In 2021,continuous high temperature and dry weather occurred during the oil synthesis and transformation period of Camellia oleifera in Hengyang area,resulting in high yield and poor harvest.This paper investigates the oil content of Camellia oleifera in some main producing areas of Camellia oleifera in Hengyang,analyzes the main reasons for the low oil content of Camellia oleifera,and provides theoretical guidance for later production.
