摘要
基于创新价值链理论分析创新活动的内在机制,构建由知识创新、要素创新和创新实施组成的创新评价模型,设计开放式的三阶段创新评价指标框架,以实现对企业创新活动的全过程及全要素进行分阶段、分等级评估,引导企业全方位、实质性创新。
The internal mechanism of innovation activities is analyzed based on innovation value chain. An innovation evaluation model is constructed, which consistsof knowledge innovation, factor innovation and innovation implementation.An open three-stage innovation evaluation index framework is also designed to achieve a phased and hierarchical evaluation of the whole process and all elements of enterprise innovation activities, and to guide enterprises to innovate in an all-round and substantive manner.
