Interpretation of expert joint consensus on retrograde intrarenal surgery developed by EULIS and IAU in 2021

输尿管软镜碎石术(retrograde intrarenal surgery,RIRS)是肾结石主要的治疗方式之一,具有精准、有效、安全、快速康复等优点。2021年11月,欧洲泌尿外科学会尿石症分会(EULIS)联合国际尿石症联盟(IAU)共同发布了肾结石输尿管软镜碎石术治疗共识,主要针对该手术的围手术期管理、手术技巧和术后随访等内容达成了共识。为了更好地推广和规范RIRS的临床应用,本文将其相关核心内容进行解读。

Retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)has become the preferred treatment modality for nephrolithiasis.It has the advantages of precision,effectiveness,safety and rapid recovery.In November 2021,European Association of Urology Section of Urolithiasis(EULIS)and the International Alliance of Urolithiasis(IAU)jointly issued a consensus on the treatment of nephrolithiasis by RIRS,mainly focusing on the perioperative management,surgical skills and postoperative follow-up.In order to better promote and standardize the clinical application of RIRS,this paper interprets its related core contents.
