人口老龄化背景下信息化居家养老服务研究

Research on Informationized Home-Based Care Service Under Population Aging Background

随着老龄化进程的不断加快,给社会发展带来严峻挑战。传统的家庭养老,因家庭规模的日趋小型化,导致家庭养老服务功能逐步弱化,已无法满足社会需求。信息化居家养老服务能够实现福利化、市场化、信息化的有机结合,有效缓解居家养老服务发展过程中出现的问题。本文通过对开展信息化居家养老服务的具体实践进行研究,分析其当前存在的问题,提出具有建设性的对策和建议,为信息化居家养老服务体系建设和完善提供有益补充。

As the aging process continuously accelerates,it brings severe challenges to social development.The traditional family pension service function has gradually weakened due to the increasing miniaturization of the family scale,and can no longer meet the needs of the society.The informationized home-based care service can realize the organic combination of welfare,marketization and informatization,and effectively alleviate the problems in the development of home-based care service.This article studies the specific practice of implementing the informationized home-based care service,analyzes its current problems,and puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions,which provide useful supplements for the construction and improvement of the informationized home-based care service system.
