摘要
笔者将结合第三次全国土地调查(以下简称“三调”)工作实际,对“三调”技术框架进行分析研究,并在此基础上提出“3S”技术运用背景下的“三调”标准化调查方法,即数据源获取、图斑制作及综合利用GIS系统和“互联网+”技术实施内外业精准调查。最终结果表明,若想开展全面的第三次土地调查,则需要有精准化的调查技术作为基础,必须利用“3S”技术,同时充分结合高精度的数据采集方法,使用高分辨率遥感影像技术,才能充分确保“三调”调查的精准化开展。
The author will analyze and study the technical framework of the third survey in combination with the actual work of the third national land survey(hereinafter referred to as"3S"),and accordingly propose a standardized survey method for the third survey under the background of the application of"3S"technology,namely data source acquisition,pattern making and comprehensive application of GIS system and“Internet+”technology to carry out accurate survey of internal and external industries.The final results show that in order to carry out a comprehensive third land survey,it is necessary have accurate survey technology as the basis,use"3S"technology,and fully combine with high-precision data collection methods and high-resolution remote sensing image technology,which may fully ensure the accurate implementation of the third national land survey.
