抽屉型蜂窝式防爬器吸能特性的仿真分析与试验

摘要 为了验证抽屉型蜂窝式防爬器的吸能性能,文章对其进行了有限元仿真分析和试验研究。首先明确防爬器的结构组成及要求的设计参数,其次对防爬器进行错位对撞动力学有限元仿真分析,最终进行防爬器的错位40 mm台车对撞试验研究。经过试验与仿真结果对比,证明了仿真的正确性,得出此抽屉型蜂窝式防爬器结构设计合理,满足防爬器的设计参数要求。 In order to verify the energy absorption performance of drawer-type honeycomb anti-climber,finite element simulation analysis and experimental study are conducted.Firstly,the structure composition and required design parameters are defined,followed by the finite element simulation analysis of the dislocation collision dynamics of anti-climber,and finally the dislocation 40 mm vehicle collision test.By comparing the test and simulation results,the correctness of the simulation is proved.It shows that the structural design of the drawer-type honeycomb anti-climber is reasonable and meets the design parameters of anti-climber.
