摘要
为了满足电力机车空间和轻量化的要求,设计了一种安装在车下的防锈蚀性好的复轨器箱结构。文章阐述了车下复轨器箱的结构设计和防锈设计过程,并通过有限元计算分析了安装强度。结果表明车下复轨器箱结构设计满足强度要求,确保了车下设备安装的安全性。
In order to meet the requirements of electric locomotive space and lightweight,the structure of a kind of anti-rust rerailer box installed under locomotive is designed.This paper expounds the structure design and rust prevention design process of the rerailer box installed under locomotive,and analyzes the installation strength by finite element calculation.The results show that the structure design of the rerailer box installed under locomotive meets the strength requirements and ensures the safety of underequipment installation.
