武汉地区≥50岁健康体检人群眼病患病现状及影响因素分析

Prevalence and influencing factors of ophthalmopathy among physical examination people aged≥50 years in Wuhan

目的了解武汉地区≥50岁健康体检人群眼病患病现状及相关因素,为眼病防治工作提供参考。方法以2020年1—12月在武汉市某医院体检中心进行健康体检的≥50岁体检人群作为研究对象进行问卷调查、体格检查、血生化指标检测及视力检查,采用描述流行病学分析方法对结果进行分析,并采用单、多因素分析方法对眼病影响因素进行分析。结果共调查≥50岁武汉地区健康体检人员38130名,其中男11702名,女26428名,年龄50~89岁,平均年龄62.9岁。共检出12189例眼病患者,患病率为31.97%。多因素分析结果显示,女性(OR=1.996)、年龄越大(OR=1.451)、文化程度越高(OR=1.357)、用眼强度越高(OR=2.793)、职业性质为户外(OR=1.793)、户籍为农村(OR=1.244)、糖尿病(OR=6.924)、血脂异常(OR=2.221)的武汉地区≥50岁健康体检人群眼病患病风险越高。结论武汉地区≥50岁人群的眼病患病率较高,且影响该地区人群眼病患病的因素较多,采取针对性预防措施对眼病的防治具有重要意义。

ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of ophthalmopathy among physical examination people aged≥50 years in Wuhan,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of ophthalmopathy.MethodsTaking the people aged≥50 years who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of a hospital in Wuhan from January to December 2020 as the research object,the questionnaire survey,physical examination,blood biochemical index detection and visual acuity examination were carried out.The results were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological analysis method,and the influencing factors of ophthalmopathy were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis methods.ResultsA total of 38130 physical examination people aged≥50 years in Wuhan were investigated,including 11702 males and 26428 females,aged 50-89 years,with an average age of 62.9 years.Among them,12189 patients with ophthalmopathy were detected,and the prevalence rate was 31.97%.Multivariate analysis showed that female(OR=1.996),older(OR=1.451),higher education level(OR=1.357),higher intensity of eye use(OR=2.793),out-of-door occupation(OR=1.793),rural household registration(OR=1.244),diabetes(OR=6.924),dyslipidemia(OR=2.221)were risk factors of ophthalmopathy in physical examination people aged≥50 years in Wuhan.ConclusionThe prevalence rate of ophthalmopathy in people aged≥50 years in Wuhan is quite high,involving a large variety of risk factors.It is of great significance to take targeted preventive measures for the prevention and treatment of ophthalmopathy.
