提升铜渣浸出氯气利用率的技术探索

Technological Exploration of Improving the Utilization Rate of Chlorine Gas in Copper Slag Leaching

摘要 氯气浸出技术分为全浸和选浸,镍电解铜渣浸出采用氯气全浸技术以回收除铜渣中的镍、铜等金属,通过控制浸出电位,将硫及贵金属抑制在浸出渣中进一步处理。由于氯浸尾气含氯高,造成氯气消耗多,液碱用量大。本文梳理了铜渣浸出系统技术问题及难点,制定了详细的工艺技术路线及解决方案,如调节料浆加入量氯气流量恒定控制、浸出电位在线监测等,为提升氯气利用率,总结出了一种切实可行的技术方案。 Chlorine gas leaching technology is divided into total leaching and selective leaching.The leaching of copper slag in nickel electrolytic adopts chlorine gas total leaching technology to recover nickel,copper and other metals in copper slag.By controlling the leaching potential,sulfur and precious metals are suppressed in the leaching slag for further processing.At present,high chlorine content in the exhaust gas results in a large consumption of chlorine gas and a large utilizing amount of liquid caustic soda.This paper analyzes the current situation of copper slag leaching system,sorts out technical problems and difficulties,and formulates detailed process technology routes and solutions such as adjusting the amount of added slurry,constant control of chlorine gas flow,on-line monitoring of leaching potential,optimization of stirring and chlorine gas,summarizing a practical and feasible technical scheme for improving the utilization rate of chlorine gas.
