摘要
在工矿企业铁路货物线货位进行翻车作业时,由于车辆倾翻时车轮跳高严重,有可能造成翻车扣斗、脱轨事故。虽然使用防扣链,解决了翻车扣斗的问题,但是防扣链的钢丝绳在车辆倾翻过程中产生的斜向下拉力,给车辆轴向稳定性带来了不利影响存在车辆脱轨的风险,本文通过对工矿企业自翻车在倾翻作业时的车辆稳定性进行分析,进而设计--种防脱轨装置解决问题。
During clumping operation at the freight lot in the rail freight line of industrial mining enterprises,serious wheel jump may cause inverting of dumper bucket and derailment.Although the use of the anti-buckle chain solves the problem of inverting of dumper bucket,a downward pulling force produced by the steel wire rope of the anti-buckle chain in roll-over process of the vehicle has a negative effect on axial stability of the vehicle,which may bring the risk of vehicle derailment.Basing on stability analysis of automatic dumper in dumping operation,this article proposes to design an anti-derailment device to solve the problem.
