“双碳”及能耗双控背景下有色金属行业的减碳路径研究

Study on Carbon Reduction Path of Non-ferrous Metal Industry under the Background of Dual Control of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality and Energy Consumption Policy

摘要 21世纪人类需要面对的重大挑战之一是由二氧化碳等温室气体排放引起的全球气候变化。中国提出的"双碳"目标不仅是中国应对全球气候变化的郑重承诺,也是中国加速经济结构调整持续提升经济竞争力的战略部署。有色金属冶炼及压延加工业是中国的能耗大户,是国家实现碳达峰与碳中和的重要领域。本文对碳达峰和碳中和的具体含义、碳排放核算标准及国内有色金属生产企业温室气体核算方法进行了基础研究,分析了我国当前有色行业碳排现状,进而提出了有色行业减碳的可行路径及存在的具体问题。 One of the major challenges that mankind has to face in the 21 st century is global climate change caused by carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions.The"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"target proposed by China is not only a solemn commitment to address global climate change,but also a strategic deployment to accelerate economic restructuring and continuously enhance economic competitiveness.Non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry is a major energy consumer in China and also an important field for the country to achieve Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality target.In this paper,the specific meaning of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,carbon emission accounting standards and greenhouse gas accounting methods of domestic non-ferrous metal production enterprises are studied.The current status of carbon emission in China^s non-ferrous industry is analyzed,and then the feasible path of carbon reduction and specific problems in non-ferrous industry are proposed.
