With the advent of Internet and intelligence era,the traditional crime shows an obvious trend of networking.Network theft,Internet fraud and other crimes become the high incidence of current property crime.Under the network environment,the handling of the crime of encroachment on property is complicated,and it is quite difficult to collect evidence and review judgment,which brings great difficulties to criminal proof and judicial confirmation.It is suggested to take typical cases in practice as samples,start with the evidence characteristics and judgment rules of network property-related cases,focus on the difficult problems in evidence review,and then put forward specific paths of evidence review and judgment of network property infringement crime,so as to effectively prevent and combat such crimes.
