“双高”背景下小学教育专业群的组建逻辑与建设研究--以广东茂名幼儿师范专科学校为例

摘要 在“双高”背景下,小学教育专业群的组建对高职教育产生了深刻的影响。顺应国家“加强乡村学校教师培养”的号召,组建适应农村教师发展的小学教育专业群成为大专师范院校发展的必由之路。在遵循准确性、有效性和有用性等原则基础上,分析小学教育专业群建设的背景和组建小学教育专业群的可行性,从专业群服务的产业、人才培养定位、建设目标、建设内容等方面提出小学教育专业群建设构思方案。 Under the background of“double-high”,the establishment of primary education professional groups has a profound impact on higher vocational education.In order to comply with the national call of“strengthening the training of teachers in rural schools”,it is an inevitable way for the development of teachers colleges and universities to set up the major group of primary education which is suitable for the development of teachers in rural areas.Following the principles of accuracy,effectiveness and usefulness,the paper analyzed the background of the construction of the primary education major group and the feasibility of establishing the primary education major group in our school and put forward the conceiving scheme of the construction of the specialty group of primary education from the aspects of the industry of the service of the specialty group,the orientation of the personnel training,the goal of the construction,and the content of the construction.
