早教保育师资考试并轨VR面试及结构化心理评估

摘要 从中外教师资格证考试历史沿革探究发现考试模式不断持续升级,但早教和保育专业资格证的取得无统一标准,多以社会考试为主,社会大众和用人单位对于此类资格证书认可度偏低。AI、VR等智能技术通过人机协同过程可以发挥面试官与人工智能的不同优势,有效提升师资考试中对被试者的评价能力、促进学前专业教师专业化发展水平,但在心理状态识别准确率方面相对较低,有待进一步提升。 From the research of the history of the teacher qualification examination at home and abroad,it is found that the examination mode has been continuously upgraded,but there is no unified standard for obtaining the professional qualification certificate of early education and nursing specialty,and the general public and employers has low recognition for this kind of qualification certificate.AI,VR and other intelligent technologies can give full play to the different advantages of interviewers and artificial intelligence through man-machine cooperative process,promote the assessment of students abilities in teachers examinations and the professional development of preschool professional teachers,but their accuracy of mental state recognition is relatively low and needs to be further improved.
