外阴假丝酵母菌病采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of miconazole nitrate suppository in the treatment of vulvar candidia

目的探究外阴假丝酵母菌病患者采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗的临床效果。方法70例外阴假丝酵母菌病患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组患者采用康妇炎胶囊进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-8水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的25.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外阴假丝酵母菌病患者采用硝酸咪康唑治疗,不仅可以改善患者炎性因子水平,也能有效提升患者治疗效果,且安全性高,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of miconazole nitrate suppository in the treatment of vulvar candidia.Methods A total of 70 patients with vulvar candidia were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Kangfuyan capsules,and patients in the research group were treated with miconazole nitrate suppository on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor levels,and occurence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2 and interleukin-8 in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 2.86%,which was lower than 25.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of vulvar candidia,miconazole nitrate suppository can not only improve the level of inflammatory factors,but also effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients.It has high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
