复合树脂填充治疗后牙牙体缺损的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of composite resin filling in the treatment of posterior tooth defect

目的探究复合树脂填充治疗后牙牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法76例后牙牙体缺损患者,采取随机数字表法分为比照组及试验组,每组38例。比照组行玻璃离子水门汀填充治疗,试验组行复合树脂填充治疗。比较两组疗效、咀嚼功能、美观度及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗2年后经随访发现,试验组治疗总有效率92.11%高于比照组的60.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咀嚼功能评分高于本组治疗前,且试验组咀嚼功能评分(3.25±0.09)分高于比照组的(2.03±0.10)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组美观度评分(2.68±0.24)分高于比照组的(2.07±0.55)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良事件发生率5.26%低于比照组的26.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗后牙牙体缺损时,相较玻璃离子水门汀填充治疗,采取复合树脂填充治疗效果更佳,更利于患者咀嚼功能与美观度提高,并可降低患者不良事件的发生,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of composite resin filling in the treatment of posterior tooth defect.Methods A total of 76 patients with posterior tooth defect were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glass ionomer cement filling,and the experimental group was treated with composite resin filling.The clinical efficacy,masticatory function,aesthetic appearance and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 years of treatment,the total effective rate 92.11% of the experimental group was higher than 60.53% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the chewing function score in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the chewing function score(3.25±0.09)points in the experimental group were higher than(2.03±0.10)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The aesthetics score(2.68±0.24)points of the experimental group was higher than(2.07±0.55)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events 5.26% in the experimental group was lower than 26.32% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with glass ionomer cement filling treatment,the treatment effect of composite resin filling is better in the treatment of posterior tooth defects,which is more conducive to the improvement of the patient's chewing function and aesthetics,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events.It is worthy of clinical application.
