淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片对低钙饮食所致骨质疏松幼年大鼠的影响

Effects of Epimedium Rhizoma drynariae Deer Bone Tablets on Qsteoporosis Induced by Low Calcium Diets in Juvenile Rats

摘要 本文研究淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片不同剂量对食用低钙饲料幼年雌性大鼠的影响。取出生4周左右的断乳SD大鼠,随机分为低钙组、高钙组(碳酸钙333 mg/kg)、淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片高剂量组[1.7 g/(kg·bw)]、中剂量组[0.85 g/(kg·bw)]和低剂量组[0.425 g/(kg·bw)],连续灌胃4周。低钙组、高钙组与淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片高、中、低剂量组以低钙饲料喂养,全部自由饮超纯水。每周称大鼠体重、饲料重量、测量身长,计算食物利用率。末次灌胃后测定各组大鼠骨密度和骨钙含量并进行骨组织病理学检查以及血清相关指标检测。4周之后与低钙组相比,淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片高、中、低剂量组和高钙组的体重、身长、试食量和食物利用率均无显著性差异。淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片高剂量组和高钙组的骨密度、股骨重量和骨钙含量显著增加(P <0.01)。淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片高剂量组的BALP、PINP均高于低钙组(P<0.01)。淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片高、中、低剂量组和高钙组大鼠血钙含量显著增加(P <0.05)。血磷含量无显著变化。淫羊藿骨碎补鹿骨片具有增加大鼠骨密度和骨钙含量的作用,促进骨形成,具有改善骨密度的功能。 To study the effects of different doses of Epimedium Rhizoma Drynariae Deer bone tablets(ERDDBT) on juvenile female rats fed low calcium diet.Weaned SD rats about 4 weeks old were randomly divided into low Ca group,high Ca group(calcium carbonate 333 mg/kg),high dose group [ERDDBT 1.7 g/(kg·bw)],medium dose group [ERDDBT 0.85 g/(kg·bw)] and low dose group [ERDDBT 0.425(g/kg·bw)].Gavage was continued for 4 weeks.Low Ca group,high Ca group and ERDDBT high dose,medium dose and low dose groups were fed with basal low Ca diet,all of them were free to drink ultra-pure water.The rats were weighed,fed weight,body length measured and food availability calculated weekly.After the last intragastric administration,bone mineral density(BMD) and bone calcium content in each group were determined,bone histopathological examination and serum related indexes were detected.After four weeks,there were no significant differences in body weight,body length,food intake and food availability between the ERDDBT high,medium,low dose and high calcium groups compared with the low calcium groups.BMD,femoral weight and bone calcium content in ERDDBT high-dose and high-calcium g roups were significantly increased(P <0.01).BALP and PINP in high-dose group were higher than those in low Ca group(P <0.01).The blood calcium content of rats in high,medium and low dose groups and high Ca groups was significantly increased(P <0.05).There was no significantly change in blood phosphorus content.ERDDBT can increase BMD and bone calcium content in rats,improve bone density and promote the bone formation.
