摘要
目的分析运动疗法联合低流量吸氧对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响。方法按随机样本抽样法选取2019年1月~2020年12月我院收治的100例COPD患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予低流量吸氧,治疗组给予运动疗法联合低流量吸氧,比较两组患者的血气指标,肺功能,6 min步行距离及生存质量。结果治疗前,两组患者的PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各指标水平均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),而且治疗组的PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),但两组PaCO_(2)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肺功能指标均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.050),且治疗组各指标改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者6 min步行距离、生存质量比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的6 min步行距离、生存质量评分均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),而且治疗组的6 min步行距离显著长于对照组(P<0.05),生存质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法联合低流量吸氧治疗稳定期COPD能有效改善患者血气指标及肺功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of exercise therapy combined with low flow oxygen inhalation on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 100 patients with COPD treated in Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group:low flow oxygen inhalation,treatment group:exercise therapy combined with low flow oxygen inhalation.Blood gas indexes and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups,6 min walking distance and quality of life.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in PaO_(2),SaO_(2) and PaCO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05for each);after treatment,the blood gas indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for both).There was no significant difference in PaO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05 for each);after treatment,the indexes of pulmonary function in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.050),and FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in 6-min walking distance and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05for both);after treatment,the 6-min walking distance and quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05 for both);the 6-minute walking distance in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the score of quality of life was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with low flow oxygen inhalation can improve the blood gas index,lung function,6-min walking distance and quality of life of patients with stable COPD.
