穴位埋线配合黄芪建中汤治疗气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效探讨

The effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency type

目的分析气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎患者穴位埋线与黄芪建中汤联合治疗的效果。方法选择2020年3月~2021年7月在我院治疗的气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎患者112例,随机分为实验组(n=56)和对照组(n=56)。对照组应用黄芪建中汤口服治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合应用穴位埋线治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分(包括胃脘痞满、肢软乏力、纳呆、口淡乏味)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组的中医证候积分低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=9.996、26.514、20.059、19.335,均P<0.001)。两组的临床疗效比较,实验组的病情改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.028,P=0.008)。结论气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎患者实施穴位埋线与黄芪建中汤联合治疗,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on patients with chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency type.Methods 112 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency type treated in our hospital from March 2020 to July 2021 were divided into experimental group(n=56)and control group(n=56).The patients in the control group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.The patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores and condition improvement of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Comparing the two groups after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=9.996,26.514,20.059,19.335,P<0.001 for each).Comparing the two groups,the experimental group had higher clinical efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.028,P=0.008).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction for patients with chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency type can promote the remission of clinical symptoms and the improvement of the condition,which is worthy of clinical application.
