摘要
目的探讨渐进式平衡训练对脑外伤术后平衡能力的影响。方法选取2019年3月~2021年6月我院收治的86例脑外伤患者为研究对象,按照术后康复训练方式不同分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组采取渐进式平衡训练,比较两组患者治疗前后运动功能评分、姿势控制能力、生活能力(BI)及神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)。结果治疗前,两组患者的平衡功能、身体柔韧度评分、步行能力评分、下肢肌肉力量及耐力评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的平衡功能、身体柔韧度评分、步行能力评分、下肢肌肉力量及耐力评分均较治疗前明显提高(均P<0.05),且观察组各指标评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者轨迹长度、轨迹外周面积、轨迹移动速度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的轨迹长度、轨迹外周面积、轨迹移动速度均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),且观察组各指标改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者BI评分、NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的BI评分均较治疗前升高、NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),而观察组各指标评分改善均优于对照组组(均P<0.05)。结论脑外伤术后实施渐进式平衡训练能有效改善患者的神经功能及下肢运动功能和平衡能力,提高下肢姿势控制能力,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of progressive balance training on balance ability after traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 86 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to different postoperative rehabilitation training methods.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation for training,the observation group adopted progressive balance training,and compared the motor function scores[balance function,body flexibility score,walking ability score,lower limb muscle strength and endurance score],posture control ability[track length,track peripheral area]before and after treatment.Trajectory moving speed and living ability(BI)and neurological impairment degree score(NIHSS).Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in balance function,body flexibility score,walking ability score,lower limb muscle strength and endurance score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the balance function,body flexibility score,the walking ability score,lower limb muscle strength and endurance score were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in track length,track peripheral area,and track moving speed between the two groups of patients(P>0.05 for each).After treatment,the track length,track peripheral area,and track moving speed of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05 for each),and the observation is lower than the control group(P<0.05)for each.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BI score and NIHSS score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05 for both).After treatment,the BI score of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the NIHSS score was lower than before treatment(P<0.05 for both),and the observation group Compared with the control group(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion Progressive balance training for patients after traumatic brain injury can effectively improve the motor function and balance ability of the lower extremities,improve the posture control ability of the lower extremities,promote the improvement of patients'neurological function,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
