摘要
目的探讨复盘与虚拟、模拟技术结合的教学方法在高职医学生的急诊病情评估及处置能力的应用效果。方法选取广西卫生职业技术学院2019级临床医学专业订单定向学生106名为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组53名。实验组采用复盘的教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式,比较两组学生培训前后的操作成绩及理论成绩。结果培训前,两组学生的操作成绩、理论成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);培训后,实验组学生的操作成绩、理论成绩较对照组提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论复盘教学方式结合虚拟、模拟仿真教学可提升高职医学生的急诊病情评估及处置能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching method combining replay with virtual and simulation technology in the evaluation of emergency condition and treatment ability.Methods A total of 106 orders-directed students of clinical medicine from Guangxi Health Vocational and Technical College were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 53 students in each group.The experimental group adopts the teaching method of replaying,and the control group adopts the traditional teaching method.The operational and theoretical scores of the two groups of students before and after training are compared.Results Before training,there was no significant difference in operation scores and theory scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,Significant differences were showed between two groups not only in operational performance but also in theoretical performance(P<0.05).Conclusion Replay teaching combined with virtual and simulation teaching can improve the ability of emergency assessment and treatment of medical students in higher vocational colleges.
