摘要
中小银行应当把人才培养放在战略高度去考虑,重构组织文化、重塑人才机制,这是引进数字化人才战略目标实现的关键。同时,在数字化人才培养中还应注意引入互联网化的管理思维、破除内部人才流动的壁垒、鼓励创新和包容创新三个核心要素。
Small and medium-sized banks are facing huge challenges in introducing digital talents.The is because many small and medium-sized banks still maintain conservative organizational culture and rigid organizational structure,which make them not able to meet the requirements of digital transformation and difficult to attract and cultivate digital talents.Therefore,small and medium-sized banks should consider talent training at a strategic level,reconstruct organizational culture,and reshape talent mechanism.This is the key to the realization of the strategic goal of introducing digital talents,and also the only way to realize the digital transformation and upgrading.Based on the exploration and practice of Zhejiang Rural Credit Cooperative Unionin cultivating digital talents,this article proposes lessons that can be used for reference on how to activate the value creation ability of talents,and establish a mechanism and culture that adapt to the cultivation of digital talents.
