基于ECE R48路试试验中自行车灯光系统的研究

摘要 ECE R48 Revision 12增加了对车辆自动远光灯进行自行车灯光识别的性能要求,对自行车灯的发光强度和发光面积等关键参数做出了明确的规定。为了满足车辆自动远光灯路试试验的要求,本文基于该法规自主设计了一套自行车灯光模拟装置及使用照度计测量发光强度的方法,通过试验验证了该方法以及该装置的有效性。该系统可随时检查和调整自行车灯光模拟装置的发光强度,从而满足法规对自行车灯光的要求,实现对车辆自动远光灯路试试验性能的检测。 ECE R48 revision 12 adds the requirement of bicycle light recognition function test for vehicle automatic high beam lamp,and makes clear provisions on key parameters such as luminous intensity and luminous area of bicycle lamps. Based on the regulation, a bicycle light simulation device and a method of measuring luminous intensity with hand-held illuminance meter are designed to meet the requirements of vehicle auto high beam road test. The effectiveness of the method and the device is verified by experiments. The system can check and adjust the luminous intensity of the bicycle light simulator at any time, so as to realize the performance detection of vehicle automatic high beam.
