摘要 本文提出增加过渡层(1060纯铝)的新工艺,以爆炸焊接理论为基础,采用数值模拟和试验分析相结合,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中分别模拟TA1/5052与TA1/1060/5052复合板爆炸焊接的动态过程,分析过渡层对钛/铝复合板质量的影响。结果表明:与TA1/5052复合板相比,TA1/1060/5052复合板的伸长率与断面收缩率显著提高,抗拉强度、剪切强度与焊接强度有一定提高,能承受更大的塑性变形。可为钛/铝复合板的制备及工艺优化提供理论依据和技术支撑。 In this paper,a new process to increase the transition layer(1060 pure aluminum)was proposed. Based on the theory of explosion welding,using a combination of numerical simulation and experimental analysis,the dynamic processes of TA1/5052 and TA1/1060/5052 composite plate explosion welding by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software were simulated,respectively. The impact of the transition layer on the quality of titanium/aluminum composite plates was analyzed. The results show that compared with TA1/5052 composite plate,the elongation rate and section shrinkage of TA1/1060/5052 composite plate significantly increase,and the tensile strength and shear strength also improve,so that they can withstand greater plastic deformation. This can provide the corresponding theoretical basis and technical support for the preparation and process optimization of titanium/aluminum composite plate.
