摘要
电磁轨道炮是利用洛仑兹力将电枢在极短时间内超高速发射的武器,电磁轨道炮发射过程中,一方面要保证电枢和轨道间良好的电接触,满足发射需求;另一方面要避免多种形式的失效,以保证发射的稳定性和轨道寿命。本文概括了电磁轨道炮3种主要的失效形式、机理,介绍了4种轨道防护方案,讨论了在轨道炮口处制备电阻涂层抑制炮口电弧的可行性,对电磁轨道炮轨道表面功能化和防护进行了展望。
The electromagnetic railgun is a weapon that uses the Lorentz force to launch the armature at ultra-high speed in a veryshort time. During the launch of the electromagnetic railgun,on the one hand,it is necessary to ensure good electrical contactbetween the armature and the rail to meet the requirements of launch performance. On the other hand,multiple forms of failureshould be avoided to ensure the launch stability and the rail life. This essay summarized three main failure modes and mechanismof electromagnetic railgun. Four rail protection schemes were introduced. The feasibility of preparing a resistive coating at themuzzle position of the rail to suppress muzzle arc was discussed. The functionalization and protection of the rail surface of theelectromagnetic railgun were prospected.
