Development of intelligent selection and design system for“the three machines”on work face

摘要 为提高煤矿工作面液压支架、采煤机和刮板输送机“三机”成套设备的选型效率及合理性,降低因设备与工作面煤层赋存匹配性差带来的选型风险,采用编程思维,设计研发了工作面“三机”设备智能选型与智能设计系统。该系统基于各设备主要供应商的设备型号及参数特点,结合全国数千个工作面的“三机”设备型号及应用情况数据库,并结合设备选型的理论计算,快速智能选出适合目标工作面成套设备。对所选成套设备可进行3D可视化配套参数展示,并进行主要结构及配置的智能设计,进一步推进至制造环节。 In order to improve the selection efficiency and rationality of the complete set of"the three machines"involving hydraulic support,shearer and scraper conveyor on work face of colliery,and reduce the selection risk caused by poor matching between the machines and the occurrence of coal seam on work face,the programming thinking was applied to design and develop the intelligent selection and intelligent design system for"the three machines"on work face.The system was based on the models and parameters of"the three machines"produced by main suppliers,referred database about the model and application status of"the three machines"on thousands of domestic work face,and applied theoretical calculation about machine selection,so as to rapidly and intelligently select the complete set of"the three machines"suitable for the target work face.The selected complete set of"the three machines"could be 3D visually displayed in matching parameters,and the intelligent design of main structure and configuration could be carried out,so as to promote to production link.
