摘要
针对巷道内掘锚机运动导致底板破坏的情况,需要对履带与底板的动态作用过程进行模拟,通过DEM-MBD耦合方法建立了履带-底板相互作用空间模型,得到了底板应力和掘锚机履带接地压力分布。研究结果表明履带式车辆的接地压力与承重轮位置有关,应力在底板深处向行进方向和履带两侧延伸。
In view of the failure of the bottom plate caused by the movement of the bolt miner in roadway,it was necessary to simulate the dynamic interaction process between the track and the bottom plate.The interaction space model of the track and the bottom plate was established by DEM-MBD coupling method,and the stress distribution of the bottom plate and the grounding pressure distribution of the track of the bolt miner were obtained.Research results showed the grounding pressure of the tracked vehicle was related to the position of the load-bearing wheel,and the stress extended toward the walking direction and both sides of the track in the depth of the bottom plate.
