基于碰撞国标的旋挖钻机驾驶室仿真分析与优化设计

Simulation analysis and optimization design of cab of rotary drilling rig based on collision national standards

摘要 以卡特GC挖掘机底盘的全电控液压旋挖钻机驾驶室为研究对象,根据国标GB/T 17771—2010要求,采用CAE仿真分析,用大能量球撞击驾驶室前顶、后顶,得出应力分布云图、塑性应变分布云图以及位移变化曲线,并根据实际工况对驾驶室增设防护装置。对驾驶室结构进行试验球撞击测试、压顶测试、加载板加载侧压测试的仿真,仿真结果表明,驾驶室变形后没有任何部位侵入VDL区,驾驶室车身整体工艺及性能完全符合国标要求。 Take the cab of the fully-electric controlled hydraulic rotary drilling rig with Cater GC excavator chassis as the research object,according to the requirements of national standard GB/T 17771-2010,CAE was applied to conduct simulation analysis.The big energy ball was used to impact the front top and the rear top of the cab,and the stress distribution contours,plastic strain distribution contours and replacement variation curves were obtained.In addition,the cab was added with protection device according to actual operation mode.After that,simulation about the test ball impacting test,top pressing test and side pressing test with loading plate was carried out.The simulation results showed that there was no part of the cab intruded into the VDL area after deformation of the cab,and the whole process and performance of the cab body fully met the requirements of the national standard.
