摘要
针对矿山球磨机驱动轴轴承内腔剥落、滚珠异常磨损、使用寿命短的问题,采用无线应变电测法对球磨机驱动轴轴向力进行测试,其中全桥法连接应变片消除了弯矩和转矩的影响,只测量其受到的轴向力。结果表明:该方法可在球磨机恶劣工作环境下实时测量记录驱动轴轴向力的变化,对了解分析设备运行状态和故障分析有着重要意义。
In view of spalling of inner cavity,abnormal wear of rolling balls and short lifespan of the bearing for the driving shaft,wireless strain electric testing method was applied to test the axial force of the driving shaft of the ball mill.The full-bridge connected strain gauges eliminated the influence of bending moment and torque,only the axial force was tested.The results showed the method could online test and record the variation of the axial force of the driving shaft of the ball mill in severe working conditions,which was of important significance for the understanding of the mill operation status and fault analysis.
