摘要
以习近平总书记关于劳动教育的重要论述为指导思想,以第四代教育评价理论为支撑,通过挖掘相关政策文本的评价要素,在多方利益相关者的响应协商与共同心理建构下,形成包含劳动技能水平、劳动价值取向、劳动精神面貌为核心类属的9个支援类属、若干指标的职业院校劳动教育评价体系。在此基础上,通过611份问卷调查,对职业院校劳动教育类属进行了相关与回归分析,最终建构出"四阶递进"劳动教育分类评价指标体系。
The evaluation of labor education is guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on labor education,supported by the theory of the evaluation of the fourth generation of education,and through excavating the evaluation elements of relevant policy texts,under the multi-stakeholder response consultation and the common psychological construction,the evaluation system of labor education in vocational colleges includes 9 supporting categories and several index,including labor skill level,labor value orientation and labor spirit outlook as the core categories.On this basis,through 611 questionnaires survey,this paper makes correlation and regression analysis on the category of labor education in vocational colleges,and finally forms the four-step progressive"classification evaluation index system.
