摘要
职业精神是近年来学界关注的热点问题之一,并取得一批开创性成果,然而有关其基本问题的阐述仍有探讨余地。技术哲学立足现实、关照理论,为职业精神的内涵、要素和特征研究提供了新视角。技术哲学视野下,职业精神的理论内涵表现为:职业活动中个体内在尺度和外在尺度、技术理性和价值理性、理想境界和现实境遇的三重统一;实践内涵体现为:敬业乐群的至善关照与诚信守德的理实合一。由职业精神的内涵剖白,引申出其主要构成要素为:个体对职业认知的体悟与理解、职业情感的专注与执守、职业认同的评判与悦纳、职业理想的热爱与追求。沿循职业精神的内涵阐扬和要素归纳,其基本特征彰显为:政治性的本质言说、民族性的地域表达、公共性的普适功用、推变性的生成构建。
Professional spirit is one of the hot issues in academic circles in recent years,and have made a number of pioneering achievements.However,there is still room for the discussion on its basic problems of professional spirit.Based on the reality and theory,philosophy of technology provides a new viewpoint for the study of the connotation,elements and characteristics of professional spirit.The theoretical connotation of professional spirit is the triple unity of internal and external scales,technical rationality and value rationality,ideal realm and realistic situation in professional activities.The practical connotation of professional spirit is the combination of the best care of respecting industry and happy group and the principle and practice of integrity and morality.From the connotation of professional spirit,the constituent elements of professional spirit are the experience and understanding of professional cognition,the concentration and adherence of professional emotion,the judgment and acceptance of professional identity,and the love and pursuit of professional ideal.Along with the connotation elucidation and factor induction of professional spirit,the basic characteristics of professional spirit are:the essence of politics,the regional expression of national character,the universal function of publicity,and the generation and construction of variability.
