职业教育产教融合的合法性问题研究 被引量:9

摘要 职业教育产教融合难以深入推进的深层原因在于合法性不足。基于"制度—组织—行为—文化"分析框架,产教融合的合法性可以分为制度安排层面的规制合法性、组织合作层面的规范合法性、交易行为层面的实用合法性以及社会文化层面的认知合法性。为深化职业教育产教融合,需要完善法律与政策体系,以改善"强制性规则"的供给提升规制合法性;增强组织合作适配,以增进"约束性期待"的满足提升规范合法性;强化共享价值创造,以推进"共同利益空间"的扩展提升实用合法性;增进文化认同形塑,以促进"建构性图式"的形成提升认知合法性。 The reason why it is difficult to promote industry-education integration of vocational education lies in the lack of legitimacy.Based on the analytic framework of"institution-organization-behavior-culture",the legitimacy of industry-education integration of vocational education can be divided into regulatory legitimacy at the level of institutional arrangement,normative legitimacy at the level of organizational cooperation,pragmatic legitimacy at the level of transaction behavior and cognitive legitimacy at the level of social culture.In order to deepen industry-education integration of vocational education,it is necessary to perfect the system of laws and policies,so as to improve the supply of"mandatory rules"and enhance the regulatory legitimacy.Moreover,it is necessary to strengthen the adaptation of organizational cooperation,so as to improve the satisfaction of"binding expectations"and enhance the normative legitimacy.At the same time,the creation of shared value should be strengthened to promote the expansion of"common interest space’and enhance the pragmatic legitimacy.In addition,to promote the formation of"constructive schema"and enhance the cognitive legitimacy,we should engage in the shaping of cultural identity.
