摘要
城市中轨道交通(下简称轨交)与燃气管道存在多处交叉或并行,轨交杂散电流干扰邻近关键词:埋地燃气管道的问题日益凸显。燃气管道防护多采用牺牲阳极的阴极保护方案,但对轨交杂散电流干扰的防护效果不佳。本文对轨交正线及检修基站附近受干扰的埋地燃气管道,进行了向干扰源排流防护测试,对排流效果的有效性及影响参数进行了分析,并对排流系统的设计提出了改进意见。结果表明:(1)受管轨电压影响,轨交正线附近管道向干扰源进行排流具有良好的防护效果,而检修基站附近管道排流效果不明显;(2)管轨电压、限流电阻、至排流引出点的相对距离均会影响排流效果。
Test and Analysis of Buried Pipeline Drainage under the Interference of Rail Transit Stray Current Liao Qianyu,Chen Zhiguang School of Mechanical Engineering,Tongji University There are more and more intersections or parallels between rail transit(hereinafter referred to as rail transit)and gas pipelines within cities,and more stray current interference caused by rail transit has been reported.The existing urban gas pipeline protection mostly adopts the cathodic protection scheme of sacrificial anode,but it cannot effectively reduce the interference of rail transit stray current.In this paper,field tests were performed to gas pipelines located in neighborhood of main line of rail transit and maintenance station,respectively.The drainage effect and the influencing parameters were analyzed.Some suggestions to improve were put forward.The results show that:1)due to the rail-pipe voltage,cathodic protection of pipeline close to the main line can be improved,but the drainage effect of the pipeline near the base station is not obvious;2)the pipe-rail voltage,current limiting resistance,the distance between drainage points will influence the drainage effect.
