摘要
目的对国际通用量表“最新关键指标(NVS)”进行汉化,探讨其在我国青少年群体中的信效度,从而为我国青少年健康素养测量提供一个更经典更简短的工具,并且可用于进行国际间青少年健康素养水平的比较。方法采用Brislin翻译原则对NVS量表进行翻译和文化调适。选取2018年1—2月泸州市3754名中小学生进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果汉化版NVS量表保留了原量表全部6个条目,Cronbach′sα系数为0.748,重测信度为0.685,与《中国居民健康素养调查问卷》得分呈正相关(r=0.506,P<0.001)。探索性因子分析共提取出两个特征根>1的公因子,累计方差解释率为63.694%。验证性因子分析总体拟合较好,GFI=0.993,RMSEA=0.051,CFI=0.987,NFI=0.985,SRMR=0.021。结论汉化版NVS量表在青少年群体中具有良好的信效度,可用来测量我国青少年健康素养水平。
Objective To translate the English version of the Newest Vital Sign(NVS)into the Chinese and test its reliability and validity in Chinese adolescents,so as to provide a more classic and shorter tool for adolescent health literacy in China,and for international comparison of health literacy levels among adolescents.Methods Chinese version of NVS was formed by Brislin Translation Principles and cross-cultural semantic equivalence assessment.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of NVS were tested by means of questionnaire among 3754 primary and middle school students in Luzhou City from January to February 2018.Results The Chinese version of the NVS retains all 6 items of the original scale,the Cronbach′sαis 0.748 and the test-retest reliability is 0.685.The scores of the NVS were positively correlated with the scores of the Chinese Citizens’Health Literacy Survey(r=0.506,P<0.001).The exploratory factor analysis has abstracted two factors and explained 63.694%of total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that almost all indicators satisfy the standard:χ^(2)/df=10.592,GFI=0.993,RMSEA=0.051,RMR=0.005,SRMR=0.021,CFI=0.087,NFI=0.985,NNFI=0.975.Conclusion The Chinese version of the NVS scale has good reliability and validity among Chinese adolescents,and is suitable for measuring the health literacy level of Chinese adolescents.
