乡村振兴票据坚持注册制理念和市场化原则,为非金融企业支持乡村振兴开拓了新的融资渠道,但在配套政策、惠农范围、认定评估和风险管控等方面还有待继续完善和加强,亟需有关部门协调配合、强化支持、完善机制、加大宣传,切实提高乡村振兴票据支农惠农的覆盖面与精准性。

Rural Revitalization bills adhere to the concept of registration system and the principle of marketization,and open up new financing channels for non-financial enterprises to support rural revitalization.The supporting policies,the scope of benefiting agriculture,identification and evaluation,and risk control need to be further improved and strengthened.It is urgent for relevant departments to coordinate and cooperate,strengthen support,improve mechanism and increase publicity,so as to effectively improve the coverage and accuracy of Rural Revitalization bills to support and benefit agriculture.
