城市居民私有泊位共享选择行为及其影响因素的研究

Study on Urban Residents’ Private Berth Sharing Choice Behavior and Its Influencing Factors

在共享交通的背景下,如何利用城市居民私有闲置泊位缓解城市停车泊位紧张问题,成为人们日益关注的热点。文中从共享泊位供给侧的角度出发,首先通过问卷调查的方式分析城市居民私有泊位共享选择行为的显著影响因素,然后基于二元logistic模型构建城市居民私有泊位共享选择行为概率模型,并根据模型回归结果分析各因素对城市居民私有泊位共享选择行为的影响程度,最后在共享泊位的规划和管理方面提出相关建议。

In the context of shared travel,how to use private idle berths to alleviate the shortage of urban parking resources has increasingly become a hot spot. Through questionnaire survey,this paper studies the impact of personal factors,private berth factors,safety factors,social factors and berth income factors on urban residents’ private berth sharing choice behavior,then constructs a probability model of urban residents’ private berth sharing choice behavior based on binary logistic model,and analyzes the proportion of the impact of various factors on the sharing choice behavior of urban residents’ private berths according to the regression results of the model. Finally,some relevant suggestions on the planning and management of shared berths are put forward.
