基于1+X证书制度的现代物流管理专业应用型人才培养体系探究——以山西职业技术学院为例

Research on the Applied Talents Training System of Modern Logistics Management Major Based on 1 + X Certificate System——Take Shanxi Polytechnic College as an Example

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中明确提出“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度(简称“1+X”证书制度),要求高职院校物流管理专业积极开展各项试点工作,对我国物流业发展具有重大意义和积极作用。文中在“1+X”证书制度试点工作的背景下,从人才培养模式、课程体系、三教改革等方面,探究现代物流管理专业人才培养体系应如何与“1+X”证书制度有效融合,并提出解决与优化建议,从而促进物流管理专业建设,提高学生的职业素养和专业技能,提升物流管理人才的培养质量,增强学生的就业创业本领。

National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposed the “academic certificate + several vocational skill level certificates”system( referred to as“1 + X”certificate system),which requires the logistics management major in higher vocational colleges to actively carry out various pilot work,and has positive effects and great significance for the development of China’s logistics industry. Under the background of the pilot work of“1 + X”certificate system,this paper explores how to integrate the talent training system of modern logistics management major and“1 + X”certificate system from the aspects of talent training mode,curriculum system and reform on teachers,teaching materials and teaching approaches,and meanwhile puts forward some suggestions for optimization,so as to promote the professional construction of logistics management,improve students’ vocational quality and professional skills and the talent training quality of logistics management major,and enhance students’ ability to entrepreneurship and employment.
