1+X证书制度下高职现代物流管理专业岗课证赛融通的课程体系构建

The Construction of Higher Vocational Curriculum System Based on Post,Class,Certificate and Competition Integration of Modern Logistics Management Major under 1+X Certificate System

现代物流行业进入转型升级、提质增效的关键期,不仅对物流人才的技术技能提出了更高的要求,同时也对人才的综合职业技能和素养有更高的要求。针对传统课程体系中存在学生与工作岗位契合度低、不能适应岗位新变化、学生职业素养与职业能力不能满足用人单位需求等问题,通过构建“岗课证赛”融通的课程体系,实现模块化课程体系与企业岗位群、1+X证书群、技能大赛赛项的对接,全面提高学生综合职业能力以及人才培养质量。

The modern logistics industry has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and improving quality and efficiency,which has put forward higher requirements for not only the technical skills of logistics talents but also the comprehensive professional skills and quality of talents. In view of the traditional curriculum system that has problems of students not matching with posts well,not adapting to the new changes of posts,and students’ professional quality and ability not meeting the needs of employer,through the construction of “Post,Class,Certificate and Competition”integrated curriculum system,this paper realized the docking of modular curriculum system with enterprise post group,1 + X certificate group,and skills competition,and comprehensively improve students’ vocational ability,as well as the quality of talent training.
