目前日本已完成灰树花品种布局,而我国相关品种布局尚未完成。因此借鉴相关经验,加强品种权保护,将有利于我国未来食用菌产业国际市场竞争。通过对日本灰树花品种权的研究,分析品种权申请数量、品种寿命、有效品种、相关企业、地域分布等方面的问题,阐述日本灰树花品种权特点,为我国品种保护制度模式提供参考。

At present,Japan has completed the variety layout of Grifola frondosa,while China’s relevant variety layout has not been completed.By learning from relevant experience and strengthening variety right protection,it will be conducive to the international market competition of China’s edible fungi industry in the future.Through the research on the variety right of G.frondosa in Japan,through analyzing the problems in the number of variety right applications,variety life,effective varieties,relevant enterprises and regional distribution,and expounds the characteristics of variety right of G.frondosa in Japan,so as to provide reference for the model of variety protection system in China.
