信阳市食用菌产业转型升级的思路与对策

为促进信阳市食用菌产业的发展,根据产业调查统计和分析结果,对信阳市食用菌产业的发展历史、发展成效、产业形势进行分析。指出信阳市食用菌产业发展历史悠久、产量产值稳步增长、基地建设富有成果、科技创新传统优良,且具有气候、资源和区位优势;同时存在菌种杂乱、品种单一、缺少龙头企业、粗放增长和劳动力成本上升、人才紧缺、科研力量薄弱等不利因素。而后进一步提出产业转型升级的思路与对策,主要包括优化政策环境、强化科技支撑、抓好主体建设、优化品种结构、坚持绿色发展、强化安全监管。

In order to promote the development of edible fungi industry in Xinyang City,the development history,development achievements and industrial situation of edible fungi industry in Xinyang City were analyzed according to the results of industrial investigation and statistics.It is pointed out that the edible fungi industry in Xinyang city has a long development history,steady growth of output value,fruitful base construction,excellent tradition of scientific and technological innovation,and has the advantages of climate resources and location.At the same time,there are some adverse factors,such as disordered strains,single varieties,lack of leading enterprises,extensive growth,rising labor costs,shortage of talents,weak scientific research strength and so on.Then the thoughts and countermeasures of industrial transformation and upgrading were put forward,mainly including optimizing the policy environment,strengthening scientific and technological support,grasping the main body construction,optimizing the variety structure,adhering to green development and strengthening safety supervision.
