摘要
工厂化金针菇频发的"水菇"现象已严重影响其品质,属于生理性病害。主要原因是培养料水分管理不当引发菌索缺氧,菌种选择不良和制冷系统配置不当,导致除湿效果较差。通过对"水菇"发生机理进行分析并提出综合性防治措施,以降低因"水菇"问题引起的金针菇品质下降。
The phenomenon of ’water fruit body’of factory Flammulina velutipes has seriously affected its quality and is a physiological disease. The main reason is that the improper water management of the culture material caused by rhizomorph hypoxia, poor strain selection and impruper configuration of the refrigeration system, resulting in poor dehumidification effect. By analyzing the occurrence mechanism of’water fruit body’and putting forward comprehensive prevention and control measures,the quality decline of F. velutipes caused by the’water fruit body’problem is reduced.
