“非典型历史城区”更新策略研究

中国悠久的历史孕育出了一批青史留名的历史文化名城、名镇、名村。而在此之外,依然存在不少“有历史无文物、有格局无内容”的历史城区,它们正面临更新过程中的发展瓶颈。以此类“非典型历史城区”的代表河南省长垣市古蒲城和新疆生产建设兵团农八师石河子市老城区为研究对象,在系统梳理老城特色价值的基础上,示范性地总结出格局及关联性保护对于此类历史城区的重要意义,并以格局还原为主要目标,探索了空间梳理、风貌改善、精明发展等层面的更新策略,定制了可持续更新框架,彰显其独特魅力。

China's long history has bred a number of famous cities、towns and villages.In addition,there are still many historical urban areas which"have history and no cultural relics;with pattern and without content"facing the development botdeneck in the process of renewal.This paper takes Gupucheng,Changyuan City,Henan Province and the historical urban area of Shihezi City,the eighth agricultural division of Xinjiang and construction corpsas the research object,exemplary summarizes the significance of pattern and relevance protectionfbr such historical urban areas.And take pattern restoration as the main goal,explored renewal strategies at the levels of space combing,style improvement and smart development,customize the sustainable renewal firamework to show its unique charm.
