下肢穿支静脉功能不全在临床十分常见,常常累及穿支静脉、深静脉、浅静脉等三个系统,尤其是在人体下肢穿支静脉发生功能不全情况时,容易导致深静脉血液向浅静脉进行逆流,导致患者皮肤营养供给障碍,若患者症状较轻,容易发生疼痛、色素沉着、皮肤瘙痒等情况,严重时容易导致静脉性溃疡或者静脉曲张,对患者生活质量造成影响。早期实施诊断十分重要,目前彩超在下肢穿支静脉功能不全临床诊断中广泛应用,取得显著效果。
