摘要
流式细胞分选技术在基础科研和临床医学研究中的应用广泛。为提高分选操作效率,保障分选过程中故障能够及时处理,文章对BD(FACSAria Ⅲ)流式细胞分选仪分选中常见问题分析和处理进行简单介绍。
Flow cytometry sorting technology is widely used in basic scientific research and clinical medicine research. In order to improve the efficiency of sorting operation and solve the faults in the sorting process in time, a brief introduction of the analysis and treatment of the common problems in flow cytometer(BD FACSAria Ⅲ) sorting is reviewed.
