摘要
目的:回顾家用美容激光、光疗、射频电疗设备的发展和应用情况。方法:中国知网、Pubmed搜索相关文献,总结家用美容激光、光疗、射频设备的原理、适应证、有效性及安全性。结果:目前,多种家用医美光电设备用于治疗痤疮、脱毛、生发、皱纹等美容问题,常用技术为脉冲强光、LED(发光二极管)、射频、低强度光疗法和激光等。相关研究虽均较为局限,但也显示其有较好的疗效及安全性。结论:家用医美光电设备投入较低、使用便捷,有很好的应用前景。
Objective:To review the literature on home-use devices for various cosmetic conditions.Methods:CNKI and Pubmed searched relevant literature to summarize the principles,indications,efficacy and safety of home cosmetic laser,phototherapy,and radiofrequency equipment.Results:Currently,multiple home laser and light-based devices have been approved for the treatment of acne,hair removal,hair regrowth and aging using IPL,LED(light-emitting diode),infrared,LLLT,and laser.Studies show that these devices are effective and relatively safe.Conclusion:The use of home devices for the treatment of cosmetic ailments is promising,as these are a low-cost and convenient therapy choice.
