肺动脉栓塞多层螺旋CT血管成像技术操作方法分析

Analysis of the Technique of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Angiography in Pulmonary Embolism

目的:分析肺动脉栓塞多层螺旋CT血管成像技术操作方法。方法:选取2019年11月~2020年11月收治的120例肺动脉栓塞患者为研究对象,按照患者检测方法不同,将其中60例实施多层螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断患者纳入到观察组,其余60例实施常规诊断的患者纳入到对照组。观察诊断结果及异常检出情况。结果:在本次研究结果中显示两组患者诊断准确度,存在统计学差异对照组确诊肺动脉栓塞,40例组内确诊率为66.67%,而观察组确诊为肺动脉栓塞的人数为55例,组内确诊率为91.67%,差异显著(P<0.05),同时在本次研究结果中发现对照组与观察组对患者的栓塞部位以及特点进行评估时,准确度无明显差异,对比不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以多层螺旋CT血管成像技术作为肺动脉栓塞诊断技术效果显著,能够有助于提高患者的诊断准确度,满足临床诊断需求。

Objective:To analyze the operation methods of multi-slice spiral CT angiography for pulmonary embolism.Methods:120 patients with pulmonary embolism treated from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research object.According to different detection methods,60 patients diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT angiography were included in the experimental group,and the other 60 patients diagnosed by routine diagnosis were included in the control group.Observe the diagnostic results and abnormal detection.Results:The results of this study showed that there was a statistical difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the two groups.40 patients in the control group were diagnosed with pulmonary embolism,and the diagnostic rate in the group was 66.67%,while 55 patients in the experimental group were diagnosed with pulmonary embolism,and the diagnostic rate in the group was 91.67%(P<0.05),At the same time,in the results of this study,it was found that there was no significant difference in accuracy between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT angiography is effective in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.It can help to improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients,meet the needs of clinical diagnosis,and can be extended to clinical practice.
