摘要
目的:为尽早对隐匿性骨折患者实施对症治疗,研究西门子64排螺旋CT(Siemens 64 row screw CT,S64CT)在隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月于本院收治的34例胸部外伤患者作为研究对象,其中有32例患者为隐匿性骨折,对所有的患者先采取常规DR摄片,然后进行西门子64排螺旋CT扫描,对其成像的结果进行研究分析,对比两种诊断方式的检出率和正确率。结果:经过检测,X射线摄片检查出12例隐匿性骨折患者,占比为37.50%,西门子64排螺旋CT检查出31例,占比为96.88%,同时可见明显的骨折线,西门子64排螺旋CT的检出率显著高于X射线摄片,两种检测方法检测检出率数据对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外西门子64排螺旋CT检查的准确率也显著高于X射线摄片检查,数据对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西门子64排螺旋CT能够较为全面地进行检查,检出率较高,可以扫描出传统方式不容易发现的隐匿性骨折,而且诊断的准确率较高,具备很强的临床使用价值,为患者的治疗提供了非常重要的依据。
Objective:To implement symptomatic treatment for patients with occult fractures as soon as possible,and to study the application of Siemens 64 row spiral CT(S64CT)in the diagnosis of occult fracture.Methods:34 patients with chest trauma treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object,of which 32 patients were occult fractures.All patients were taken conventional DR film first,and then scanned with Siemens 64 slice spiral CT.The imaging results were studied and analyzed,and the detection rate and accuracy of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results:After testing,12 patients with occult fracture were detected by X-ray film,accounting for 37.50%,and 31 patients were detected by Siemens 64 slice spiral CT,accounting for 96.88%.At the same time,obvious fracture lines were visible.The detection rate of Siemens 64 slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray film.There was significant difference between the two detection methods,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the accuracy of Siemens 64 slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination,and the data comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Siemens 64 slice spiral CT can conduct comprehensive examination with high detection rate.It can scan hidden fractures that are not easy to find in traditional methods,and has high diagnostic accuracy and strong clinical value,which provides a very important basis for the treatment of patients.
