神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗囊性脑肿瘤的疗效分析

Neuroendoscopic Assisted Microsurgery for Cystic Brain Tumors

目的:探讨囊性脑肿瘤应用神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年9月~2019年9月本院收治的囊性脑肿瘤患者62例为观察对象,开展对照实验,对照组进行显微手术治疗,观察组进行神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗,对比两组患者的GCS评分、并发症发生率、全切除率和复发率。结果:观察组的各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);手术后,观察组的GCS评分显著高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组中未发生显著并发症,对照组的并发症发生率为16.13%,观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=10.74,P<0.05)。观察组中,全切除31例,全切除率96.77%,复发1例,复发率3.23%。对照组中,22例全切,全切除率70.97%,复发10例,复发率32.26%,观察组的全切除率高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:囊性脑肿瘤行神经内镜辅助显微手术能够缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症、复发率,提高全切除率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of neuroendoscope assisted microsurgery for cystic brain tumors.Methods:Selected 62 patients with cystic brain tumors admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019,carried out comparative experiments,the reference group,neuroendoscopic assisted microsurgery,and compared the GCS rate,complication rate and total resection recurrence rate of the two groups.Results:The indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).No significant complications occurred in the observation group,the incidence of complications in the control group was 16.13%,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=10.74,P<0.05).In the observation group,31 cases underwent total resection,with a total resection rate of 96.77%,and 1 case had recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 3.23%.In the control group,22 cases had total resection,the total resection rate was 70.97%,10 cases had recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 32.26%.The total resection rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuroendoscopic assisted microsurgery for cystic brain tumors can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce postoperative complications,recurrence rate,and improve the total resection rate.
